RiseVision License Form

Our campus uses Rise Vision software for digital signage software. This helps units share information, events, and announcements within your own areas. Additionally, it can be used to push out emergency announcements. Users can schedule their information in advance to be published at any day or time. 

Requirements

  • Monitor or TV hung in a public setting
  • Media Play operating systems such as:
    • Fire Stick and TV
    • Microsoft Windows
    • Raspberry Pi

Guidelines and Best Practices

  • Relevance: Content should be relevant to your area and align with our institutional mission and values.
  • Accuracy: Ensure all information is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Clarity: Use clear and concise language, avoiding jargon or technical terms.
  • Visual Appeal: Utilize high-quality images and graphics that enhance the message.
  • Brand Consistency: Adhere to our institution's branding guidelines, including colors, fonts, and logos or identifiers.
  • Third-Party Advertisements: Strictly prohibited. No third-party advertisements should be displayed on Rise Vision displays.
  • Regular Updates: Keep content fresh and engaging by using the scheduling tools.
  • Timely Removal: Remove outdated or irrelevant content promptly.
